Marketing Associate
The marketing associate captures videos, and photos, and creates the graphic design to market the Academy to internally and externally constituents. The associate will assist the Advancement and Admissions departments in creating marketing material that can be used for prospective families and donors.

Reports to: Director of Marketing and Strategic Communications; This position is a full-time, year-round position starting July 1. The position may include some nights and weekends.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or equivalent
2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
3. Outstanding collaborator with other school leaders to achieve common goals
4. Excellent skills in photography, videography, and graphic design
5. Strong technology skills and fluency in social media. Knowledge of Veracross is a plus

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with school leadership to unify and align internal and external messaging across departments and throughout publications, website, digital and print advertising, media relations and capital campaign materials.
2. Gather and/or produce visual material (photography and video) for marketing purposes.
3. Coordinate with various departments and students in taking videos and pictures for the website, media, and/or promotional efforts. Assist in event videography and photography.
4. Manage social media platforms from a visual standpoint.
5. In collaboration with the department, manage the Academy’s website as the primary internal and external marketing vehicle.
6. Provide photography for the alumni/school magazine, The Accord, published semi-annually.
7. Manage and create visual content for social media pages by capturing community life, highlighting academic and athletic achievements, events, and special school announcement
8. Maintain and manage the content and appearance of the school website.
9. Maintain a digital catalog of all school photography.
10. Manage and oversees the website. Experience in Finalsite would be a plus.
11. Build new pages for the website to include new posts, calendar updates, pictures, and any page updates.
12. Have a clear understanding of Catholic faith, its tenets and principles, consistent with the charism of The Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary and be able to credibly communicate these as appropriate.
13. Accepts other responsibilities as assigned by the director.
