Employment Opportunity
The Academy of the Holy Names seeks a Buildings and Grounds employee who is high energy and motivated for the 2022-2023 school year. The position is a 12-month, part-time position starting in January 2023. This employee would work 7 AM- 12 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
1. A diploma from a four-year high school

Position Responsibilities
1. Executing the grounds keeping: clean up debris around campus, pick up trash, wipe tables, etc.
2. Assist with touch-up paint within school buildings.
3. Inspect assigned work areas daily for repairs and preventative maintenance.
4. Be able to work occasional nights and weekends for events or emergencies.
5. Potential other tasks assigned by the Director of Facilities.

The maintenance technician reports to the Director of Facilities.
