The Academy of the Holy Names seeks an energetic full-time maintenance technician with expertise in electrical work. This position is hourly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in commercial maintenance or construction field is required.

• High School Diploma

• Certified on scissor lift operation

• Audio / Visual equipment experience (microphones, speakers, projectors) is a plus

Position Responsibilities

• Light lamp and ballast replacement

• Replace receptacles and breakers

• Replace low voltage items such as cameras, card readers, etc.

• General housekeeping duties like blowing off sidewalks and trash pick up

• Event set ups including tables and chairs

• Miscellaneous duties as required.

The electrical maintenance tech will report to the Director of Facilities.
